A message from Andrew Bester, an EPGC member participating in the World Gliding Championships in Hungry. Andrew will be flying in the 15m Racing Class.

Hi Guys

We arrived eventually in Stuttgard to collect the glider. Thomas has given me a complete package which includes the Ventus 2b(71) and camper.

Thomas met us at Stuttgard and ran me through the glider and camper. OVERLOAD!!!! memory dump!!!!! Too much stuff after such a long flight. :(

We drove to the Hornberg where we met up with Sabine and Conrad, my previous glider sponsor for Rieti, they entertained us sorted us with groceries and some stickers for the glider etc.
 
Next morning at 4 we left for Hungary it is still 1000 km to go. I was suffering major barbie, but i am sure things will get better as i get used to german beer. :))
 
Speedlimit is 80 but mostly you have to drive slower because you are not allowed to overtake.!!:( 14 Hours later we pulled in at Szeged. I will take some pics today. The whole team is here and we are here to kick some euro ass. :)
 
Scrutenering is set for 11h:45. More later.
